도보 2분거리 편의점, 도보 3분거리 목포역 유달산. 도보 7분거리 주요 관광지. 일반 주택처럼 되어있는 곳입니다. 주로 2층과 3층을 사용하시게 되고 거의 독립된 공간으로 되어있습니다. 출입이 따로 되어있지 않고 일층 이층 삼층 이 모두 연결되어 있습니다구조가 좀 특이합니다. 역 근처에 있지만 아주 조용합니다. 계단이 좀 가파릅니다. 1층에 고양이와 강아지가 있습니다.

실내 방안에서는 금연입니다 거실쪽에 창문을 열고 피우거나 3층 옥상 정원에서는 흡연 가능합니다. 바베큐 이용시 부탄가스등 소모품은 개인이 준비하셔야 합니다. 사용후 세척도 본인이 하셔야 합니다. 세제는 준비가 되어있고 도구들도 모두 있습니다. 본인이 쓰신 물건들은 본인이 정리해주시고 세탁은 정해진 날 해주시면 됩니다. 주 1회로 세탁기 건조기 세제 모두 구비되어 있습니다.
