도보 1분 거리 : 9호선, 재래시장, 편의점, 커피숍 도보 5~7분 : 8,9호선(몽촌토성역, 한성백제역) : 올림픽 공원, 석촌호수, 송리단길 버스 2정거장 : 롯데 월드타워, 롯데백화점 @ 3룸 구조의 집이였으나 방 하나가 조금 작아서 2룸구조로 바꾼 집이라 일반 2룸 구조 보다 더 넓고 쾌적하게 이용하실수 있습니다. @ 신축 급이라 따뜻하게 생활할실수 있습니다. @ 엘리베이터가 있어서 편하게 왕래 가능하십니다. @ 정남향 집으로 온 종일 따뜻한 햇볕이 들어서 기분이 좋아지는 집입니다 @ 위치가 너무 좋아서 삶의질이 높아지는 모든 편의 시설을 아주 가깝게 이용하실 수 있습니다 @ 주변에 소문난 맛 집이 많으며 잠실종합 운동장, 올림픽공원, 코엑스, 롯데 월드타워 등 이벤트, 공연 등을 편하게 관람하실 수 있습니다 . @ 65인치 TV 로 넷플릭스(본인 계정) 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 편안히 안락한 쇼파에 시청하실 수있며 컴퓨터를 별도로 두어서 사무실처럼 업무를 보실수 있습니다. @ 거실에 6인 식탁을 두어서 주방식탁외에도 넓게 식사 하실 수 있습니다. @ 파티, 이벤트는 금지입니다 이웃에서 항의 들어 올 수 있습니다.
