파크하비오는 슬세권의 원조입니다. 영화관, 워터파크, 백화점, 마트, 각종 프렌차이즈 편의시설이 몰려있는 단지입니다. 대중교통은 8호선이 도보 5분이내입니다. 시내버스도 송파대로 중앙차로를 이용합니다. 강남과 수서, 잠실, 성남이 진출입이 편리합니다. 6박미만은 원칙적으로 불가 하지만 장박사이 빈공간이 있으면 가능합니다. 주차는 지하 3층에 주차할 수 있으며 유료입니다. 2대까지만 주차가 가능합니다. 방문 차량은 3시간까지 무료 이용이고 월 36시간의 마일리지 사용이 가능합니다.(마일리지는 월초 배정이고 월중 입주시 선 입주자로 인하여 이미 소진될 수 있습니다.) 주차요금은 시간당 3천원입니다. 1개월이상 거주할 경우 관리실을 통해 차량등록이 가능합니다. 임대인이 발행해주는 임대차계약서(작성비용 실비10만원)을 지참하고 등록시 이용요금은 무료입니다. 추가1대까지 가능하며 추가요금은 월 5만원입니다.
