서귀포 시내에 위치하고있어 대형마트 병원 등 편의시설을 이용에 편리하며 맛집, 카페 등 보도로 가기 좋은 상권입니다 버스정류장 도보 2분 (솔동산 입구, 오션팰리스 호텔) 저희 숙소는 셀프 체크인 방식입니다. 체크인 당일 호실과 비밀번호 메세지를 발송해드립니다. 알려드린 비밀번호로 도어락에 입력하여 들어가시면 됩니다. 저희 숙소는 2021.01.01년 신축 오피스텔입니다 6층에 위치하고있으며 해가 잘 들어와 포근한 숙소입니다 깔끔한 침구와 많은 수납공간등 필요한 부분을 갖추고있어 편안하게 지내실 수 있는 공간입니다 ㅎㅎ 자취 이력을 살려 생활하며 불편했던 부분들을 개선하여 셀프 리모델링 하였습니다. 프리랜서 분들을 위해 집에서 일할 수 있는 분위기를 만들고자 월넛톤의 가구들과 큰 테이블, 색이 있는 소품, 화분들을 사용하여 인테리어를 아늑하지만 모던한 분위기로 연출했습니다. 저희 숙소는 시내권에 위치해 있어 편의점, 마트, 병원 등 편의시설을 쉽게 접할 수 있고 서귀포 올레시장이 가까워 도보로 이용 가능하며 천지연폭포, 정방폭포, 새섬, 서복전시관, 올레길, 공원, 바다  등 도보로 이용할 수 있는 관광지가 많습니다. 🔴필독사항🔴 -저희 객실은 금연 객실입니다.  -저희 객실은 반려동물 동반이 불가능합니다. -기본적으로 제공되는 비품, 소모품 외에는 직접 구매하여 사용.(ex.쓰레기봉투) -기본적인 청소는 필수! 본인 집처럼 깔끔하게 이용해주세요. 📺 비치되어 있는 비품 📺 킹사이즈 침대, 삼성TV(넷플릭스 이용시 미러링 케이블 필요), 냉장고, 청소기, 드라이기, 드럼세탁기, 건조대, 옷걸이,전기퍄채, 의자, 테이블, 후라이팬, 냄비, 그릇, 수저&젓가락, 도마, 칼, 컵, 선풍기, 전기난로, 에어컨 , 수건 15개 (장기 숙박시 세탁해서 사용) , 청소용품 (바이칸 솔, 브리오신 세정제) 🧴비치되어 있는 소모품🧴 휴지, 샴푸, 바디워시, 수세미, 퐁퐁, 세탁세제 ♻️ 클린하우스 ♻️ 제주 서귀포시 서귀동 509 제주 서귀포시 서귀동 443-1 🅿️ 주차장 🅿️ 자주식 주차장이 협소하여 모두 이용중인 경우 기계식 주차를 이용하시면 됩니다. 방문시 직원분께 연락하면 기계식 주차를 안내해주십니다. suv는 기계식 주차가 불가능합니다. 기계식 주차장이 불편하신 분들은 건물 앞 도로변에 주차라인이 그려저있는  공용 주차공간에 주차 부탁드립니다.
