조용한 주택가 입니다! 각방.에어컨 있으며 비데 있어요! 1층이며 도로가 cctv가 창문을 비추고 있어서 안전합니다! 2명이상 추가비용(주3만원)있으며 겨울철 난방비(11월~2월) , 여름 냉방비(6월~9월)별도 입니다. 인버터라 많이 나오지 않습니다. 계량기를 통해 실사용 만큼 청구 됩니다~
