(막히면 비용이 청구되요-20만원) 5.과도한 이벤트 자제 부탁드립니다. 6.머무르는 동안 쓰레기 및 음식물 지정된 장소에 폐기,분리수거 7.숙소에 비치된물품 훼손시 AS 및 손해배상해야 합니다. 8.테라스에서의 숯& 장작 사용은 화재 예방을 위해 금지합니다. 9.시설물을 이용하시며 개인 안전관리에 각별히 유념해 주시고 부주의로 인해 일어난 안전사고, 귀중품(현금포함) 분실 및 파손에 대해서는 본인이 책임지게 됩니다. 10.전기,수도,가스를 과도하게 사용하는 경우 추가 공과금를 요청할 수 있습니다. 11.일시 사용하는 단기 임대 숙소로 일회용품 및 어메니티, 침구류, 수건 등을 제공하지 않습니다. 12.마지막 퇴실시에는 실내에 있는 쓰레기는 분리수거해 버려 주시고 사용하신 식기도 세척, 객실 청소 부탁드립니다. (미 청소시 청소비 5만원 보증금 공제)
