펜션은 구좌읍 세화리에 위치한 조용한 솔숲속의 반려동물 동반가능 숙소입니다.  -비자림과 다랑쉬 오름, 세화해수욕장,세화오일장이 차량 5분 거리에 위치에 있습니다.  -스누피 가든,성산일출봉, 김녕, 월정리 해변이 차량 15분정도 소요됩니다. -중산간 도로에 인접하여 송당,성산,하도,종달 등 제주 동쪽 여행하실 때 거점으로 삼기 좋습니다. 시간이 부족하신 분들은 뒷마당에 이어진 숲길을 산책하셔도 정말 좋습니다. 저희 숙소의 메인 장소로 조용한 소나무 숲 아래에서 은은한 줄조명과 대형 빔프로젝터로 분위기를 더하여 여유롭고 한가로이 즐기는 불멍과 바베큐, 아이들과 반려동물이 뛰놀기 좋은 큰 뒷마당이 있습니다.  숙소의 위치, 시설도 중요하지만 저희가 가장 우선시하는 청결을 위해 항상 포근하고 깨끗한 컨디션으로 내 집같은 아늑함으로 맞이하여 드리겠습니다.  *안내사항*  1) 숙소는 2인 기준이며, 1인 1박당 2만원(침구류포함) 추가 비용이 청구됩니다.  2) 실내 흡연시 환불조치 없이 퇴실되시며, 퇴실 후 적발시 퇴실 당일 1박 숙박비용을 청구합니다.  3) 바베큐 비용은 기준인원2명에 2만원(추가인원 1인 1만원) 입니다 (숯, 그릴, 장갑, 제공하여드립니다.) 바베큐 시설 이용하시는 고객분들은 꼭 체크인 이전에 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다. ) 바베큐장을 이용하시지 않는 손님분들을 위해 밤 11시 이후에는 야외 바베큐 시설 이용 제한되는점 양해 부탁드립니다. 5) 실내 취사가 가능하지만 고기 및 생선구이, 청국장, 매운탕 등 냄새가 심한 요리는 불가합니다.  6) 반려동물 동반 가능합니다. (추가비용은 반려동물 키로수에 따라 책정됩니다.) - 마킹, 짖음, 털 빠짐이 심한 반려동물은 동반 불가합니다. - 반려동물로 인한 시설물 훼손시 해당 시설물 새상품 구매 비용을 청구합니다. - 반려동물만 숙소에 두고 외출하실 수 없습니다. 외출시 반드시 동행하여 주시면 감사하겠습니다.  - 반려동물 전용 펜션이 아닌 '동반 가능' 펜션이기에 반려동물에게 또는 반려동물로 인한 모든 사건, 사고 등은 주인분의 책임이며 업체에서 일체 책임지지 않습니다. 각별한 주의 부탁드리겠습니다.
