매우 가까운 거리(1분거리) :함덕 해변, 편의점, 식당, 서우봉 올레길  가까운 거리 (10분 이내): 병원, 약국,마트, 스타벅스, 쏘카 정류장, 버스정류장, 파출소, 클린하우스 함덕 해변과 서우봉 올레길이 가장 가깝게 위치하고 있습니다.  식당과 편의점, 카페가 모인 상가도 집 앞에 있습니다.  그 외 마트, 공항가는 정류장, 스타벅스, 병원, 은행, 학교등 편의시설은 (함덕시내) 도보로 10분 이내입니다. 아름다운 함덕 해변이 가장 가까운 주택. 최근 부분 리모델링한 깔끔한 숙소, 엘레베이터 있습니다. 입  조용한 주택지역입니다.  복층 다락 계단이 위험합니다. 아이들은 반드시 주의 부탁드립니다.  미리 지불하신 공과금 (관리비,가스비,전기세)은 퇴실후 정산하여 돌려드립니다.

- 입,퇴실은 비대면으로 진행합니다 - 주차장은 편하게 주차하시면됩니다. - 공과금 계산 (1박 1만원으로 되어있지만 사용날짜별 계산 후 차액 환불)   예) 30일 기준 관리비 6만원+ 날짜별가스비용 + 날짜별 전기비용    혹시 추가하여야 경우는 보증금에서 제하고 돌려드립니다.   관리비 :인터넷, tv, 수도 (30일 기준 6만원)   전기, 가스: 입실과 퇴실 날짜로 계산   - 복층 계단이 위험합니다. 어린이들은 반드시 보호자 동반하여 올라가주세요. - 늦은시간엔 큰소음은 주의해주세요. - 퇴실 후에는 입실 하셨던 것처럼 정리 부탁드립니다. 청소비는 0원이지만, 퇴실 후 청소상태와 물건 훼손 및 오염 등에 따라 요금이 청구될수 있음을 알려드립니다. -애완견 동반 가능하지만, 짖음이 심하거나 배소변 문제로 거부당할 수 있습니다.
