도보 1분거리 카페, 베이커리, 편의점 도보 5분 명동거리 이용가능. 힙지로 도보로 이동가능 한옥마을 도보10분 맛집은 정말 많아요. 문의주시면 추천해 드릴게요 :) -중구에 몇 안되는 주차가능한 공간입니다. 단 주차비는 별도이며 4주이상 이용시 이용가능합니다. - 엘레베이터 2대가 운영중이며 경비원분들이 계셔 보안도 좋습니다. - 관리가 아주 잘 된 5년차 건물입니다. - 옥상에서 도시뷰를 감사하는 것도 좋습니다. 간단한 간식 들고 휴식도 좋고 흡연자 분들 옥상에서 흡연가능합니다.
