건물1층에 세븐일레븐 도보 5분거리에 롯데마트가 있습니다. 오션뷰 숙소 중 랜덤 배정됩니다 기본 관리비 (공과금 포함) 하루 5,000원 7월~8월, 12월~2월 하루 6,000원 쓰레기봉투는 주1개씩 무료제공 수건은 6장 제공되며 세탁하여 사용하시면 됩니다. 추가 청소를 원하시면 1회에 50,000원이며 침구 교체는 1회 무료 그 이후엔 22,000원 입니다. 반려동물 청소비는 50,000원 입니다. 프라이팬은 제공되지 않으니 필요하시면 직접 챙겨오셔야 합니다. 객실 내 생선조리등 냄새나는 음식 조리는 삼가 부탁드립니다.
