20분 거리의 하동읍 마트 ,도서관,영화관 , 등 편리 시설 이용 30분 거리  군에서 운영하는 대형  헬스장, 수영장 (저렴한 가격에 이용) 지리산 둘레길 12코스에 위치하며  해발 400m  중산간 지역이며   봄이면 매화꽃을 시작으로 벚꽃, 배꽃 ,앵두꽃,백일홍등  6월까지 꽃피는 산골마을로 아름다운 자연 경관으로 유명하며 숙소 바로 옆에는 맑은 계곡물이 흘러 잔잔한 물소리와 발담글수 있는 여유를 느끼며 흐르는 물을 보며 바베큐와 즐거운 식사할수 있는 공간이 있습니다  넓은 정원과 편백나무 숲길을 걷는 산책길, 6월이면 매실을 직접 수확할수 있는 체험도 가능합니다
