부산 광안리 바닷가 바로 앞 광안대교, 매주 토요일 레이져 드론쇼 한 눈에 내려다보이는 이안테라디움 광안오피스텔 입니다. 광안리지하철 광안역, 밀락더타운, 민락골목시장, 민락회타운, 각종 편의점, 자이마트 등 도보 10분 이내거리이며 광안리 축제 및 버스킹 집앞에서 관람하실 수 있습니다. 관리비는 평균 월 5만원 내외라서 관리비가 한달기준 5만원 이상 시 추가청구됩니다. 일반적으로는 5만원 이내에요. 도시가스는 3만원 이상 나올경우 추가 청구예정입니다^^ 3주 이상 예약시 건물 내 타워주차장 이용가능합니다. (대형차 주차불가-펠리세이드 등, 사전주차 문의요망) 1~2주정도 계시는 경우엔 카카오T할인주차 받아서 근처에 주차하시는게 더 저렴합니다.^^;; 토요일 광안리 드론쇼 시간엔 인파가 많아서 가급적 도보이동을 권장드립니다.
