1. 객실 실내 금연구역입니다. 실내 흡연시 100,000원의 과태료가 부과됩니다. 비공식 흡연구역:객실 개인정원(테라스) 2. 보일러와 에어컨은 카드키를 제거하여도 꺼지지않습니다.외출시 꼭 꺼주세요. 돌아오시기 한시간 전에 관리실에 연락주시면 미리 켜드립니다. 좋은 객실을 여러분에게 저렴하게 제공하고자 노력하고 있습니다. 협조부탁드립니다. 3. 주변에 나무가 많고 야외 공간이 많아 벌레가 많을 수 있습니다. 방충망이 없는 곳은 절대 문을 열어두지 마세요. 해충방제(세스코협약)를 열심히 하고 있으나 한분이 열어두면 다음 손님에게 해가될 수 있습니다. (환불사유가 되지않습니다.) 4. 체크아웃 시간은 10시이며, 연장시 추가요금이 있습니다. 체크인은 당일 오후 3시입니다. 리조트 입구에 객실 안내데스크가 있으며 차량 이용시 주차할 곳을 체크인시 안내해 드립니다. 숙박하시는 동안 궁금하신 점은 밤11시까지 안내실에 직원이 근무하므로 빠른 안내가 가능합니다. 감사합니다. 한달살이시 보증금은 200,000원 이며(7박시 10만원) 입실시 안내데스크에서 결재진행 하시면 됩니다. 보증금은 퇴실시 전기요금과 가스비를 공제하고 잔액을 환불해드립니다. 모든 쓰레기는 매일 현관 앞에 배출하시면 직원이 수거하여 분리배출됩니다. 바베큐그릴 사용료는 회당 30,000원 입니다. 안내데스크에 요청하시면 그릴, 숯, 토치등 준비하여 개인정원으로 가져다 드립니다. 객실내 흡연은 금지되어있으며 적발시 청소요금이 추가될 수 있습니다. 객실 입실시에는 현관에 신발을 벗고 입실해주세요 부족함 없도록 준비하고 있겠습니다. 감사합니다.
