차로 5분거리에 세화해수욕장, 세화 5일장, 하나로마트 구좌점, 다이소, 올리브영, 스타벅스, 해녀박물관(전기차충전가능), 주민센터(전기차충전가능) 조용한 타운하우스에서 진정한 힐링을 느끼실 수 있어 여자 혼자도 방문하는 곳으로 2층에서는 노트북과 연결해서 빔프로젝트로 영화도 볼 수 있습니다. 3층 독채로 사용할 수 있어 층간소음 전혀 신경쓰실필요 없습니다. 계단이있어 어르신이나 아이동반가족들은 안전에 유의하여주세요. 계단에서 발생하는 사고에대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 그리고 3층 퀸침대 이외 바닥에서 주무실수있는 여분의 침구류 2인용 준비되어있습니다. 제주도와 단지 위치 특성상 벌레나 해충 등이 간혹 발견될 수 있으며, 이로인한 환불은 불가합니다 (해충이 문을열고 짐넣고할때 따라들어옵니다) 음식물 쓰레기 버리는 카드 (티머니카드,교통카드기능 가능한 실물카드, 페이안됨) 가지고오셔야합니다. 수건/ 샤워용품/ 세제류/ 비누 /휴지 등 위생관리 소모품등은 임대사업자로 제공할 수 없습니다
