1. 기본 규정 • 모든 투숙객은 체크인 전 신분증을 제시해야 합니다. • 예약자 외 제3자의 무단 출입은 금지됩니다. • 숙소 내 흡연, 음주 파티, 고성방가는 절대 금지입니다. • 반려동물은 사전 협의 없이 동반 불가합니다. • 모든 시설 및 가구는 입주 당시 상태로 유지해야 하며, 파손 시 실비로 배상해야 합니다. 2. 체크인 / 체크아웃 • 체크인: 오후 3시 이후 • 체크아웃: 오전 11시 이전 • 조기 입실, 늦은 퇴실은 사전 승인 시에만 가능하며, 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다. 3. 청소 및 위생 • 객실 내 쓰레기는 분리수거 후 수거함에 직접 배출해야 합니다. • 음식물 쓰레기 및 재활용품은 반드시 지정 장소에 버려야 합니다. 4. 공용공간 이용 • 주방, 세탁기, 건조기 등은 공동 사용 공간입니다. • 사용 후 반드시 정리 및 청결 유지 부탁드립니다. • 야간(22시 이후)에는 세탁기·청소기 등 소음 유발 기기 사용을 자제해 주세요. 5. 안전 및 시설관리 • 숙소 내 모든 구역은 CCTV가 설치되어 있으며, 안전 목적 외에는 사용되지 않습니다. • 객실 내 촛불, 인덕션, 전기히터 등 화재 위험 물품 사용은 금지됩니다. • 출입문은 항상 잠금 상태로 유지해주세요.
