1. 실내에서 금연입니다. 🚭 2. 생선 및 고기 등 냄새가 심한 음식은 실내에서 섭취 불가 합니다. 3. 기물 훼손, 침구 오염이 심할 경우 (업체에 맡겨서 별도의 요금이 청구될 경우) 별도의 요금이 청구됩니다. 4. 애견은 5kg 이하, 한 마리만 가능하며, 복도나 공용시설 이용시 반드시 목줄착용하여 안고 이동 부탁드립니다. 5. 건물은 모두 금연입니다. 실내 흡연으로 적발시 퇴실조치하고 남은 기간의 돈도 환불되지 않으며, 커튼 세탁비도 청구되니 이 점 꼭 숙지하시어 지정된 흡연장소인 1층 주차장을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다. 6. 밥솥이나 냄비, 후라이팬 등을 객실 내에 비치된 실리콘 제품으로 이용하시고 스테인리스 용품으로 사용하지 말아주세요. (스테인리스 용품을 사용하여 밥솥이나 냄비, 후라이팬 등에 스크래치가 날 경우 보증금에서 차감합니다.) 7. 보증금 반환은 퇴실 후 정산서를 보내드리며 게스트분과 협의 하에 처리 후 3일 이내(주말미포함)에 정산해 보내드립니다. 8. 두고가신 물건은 일주일동안 보관하고 찾아가지 않을 시엔 폐기 처분합니다. ※ 저희는 숙박업소가 아닌 단기임대 시설입니다. 따라서 개인 위생용품과 휴지, 물, 수건 등은 제공되지 않으니 양해부탁드립니다.
