[실내 금연] 이 건물은 금연건물입니다. 실내흡연하시면, 층 전체에 경고음이 크게 울리니, 흡연은 건물밖에서 피워주세요. 이를 위반할 경우 국민건강증진법에 따라 10만원 이하 과태료가 발생합니다. [쓰레기 분리배출] 싱크대에 일반쓰레기, 음식쓰레기, 재활용 봉투가 있습니다. 퇴실하실 때 쓰레기들을 1층 로비 밖 우측 분리수거장에 버리시면 됩니다. [설거지] 설거지 퇴실 전 부탁드려요. [지나친 오염/파손문제] 복구가 불가능한 오염 및 파손 정도가 심할 경우, 너무 심한 냄새가 베인 경우, 청소 난이도가 비정상적으로 상승한다면, 추가요금이 청구될 수 있습니다.
