♻️쓰레기 처리 방법 - 재활용품은 건물 지하 3층(B3)에 버리시면 됩니다. - 일반 쓰레기는 종량제 봉투에 담아, 1층 건물 후문 지하주차장 입구 옆에 철문을 열고 안에 버리시면 됩니다. - 음식물 쓰레기는 1층 건물 후문 지하주차장 입구 옆에 음식물 쓰레기통(오피스텔 전용)이 있습니다. 그쪽에 비워주시면 됩니다. 🚨기타 주의 사항 - 실내 난방은 22-25도 사이로 맞추시면 따뜻한 온도입니다. 외출 시에는 외출모드로 설정 해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 과도한 난방비가 청구될 경우, 추가 비용이 발생될 수 있음을 안내 드립니다. - 전기장판은 사용 후, 꼭 "꺼짐"으로 설정 부탁드립니다. - 인덕션은 사용 후, 꼭 "0"으로 설정 부탁드립니다. - 마스킹 테이프가 붙여진 곳은, 청소 도구 보관함이니 열지 말아 주세요. - 건물 전체가 금연 구역 및 반려동물 동반 금지로 지정되어 있습니다. 위반시 비용이 청구될 수 있음을 안내 드립니다. - 변기에는 휴지 외에 다른 것을 일체 넣지 말아 주세요. 막힘의 원인이 됩니다.
