* 본 숙소는 한국의 주거문화를 체험할 수 있는 계단 3개만 내려가는 반지하 구조입니다. 이동 시 계단에 주의해 주세요. * 본 숙소 욕실은 키 180cm 이상이신 분은 불편하실 수 있습니다. * 조용한 골목의 주택가이나, 조용한 밤에는 외부에서 소음이 들려 올 수 있습니다. * 주택가에 위치하여 밤 9시 이후에는 과도한 소음 발생 시 민원이 발생할 수 있으며, 민원 해결이 되지 않으면 퇴실 조치가 이루어질 수 있습니다. * 숙소 내 염색, 파티, 외부인 초대는 불가합니다. * 숙소내 모든 공간은 흡연, 반려동물 출입이 금지되며, 위반시 특수청소비가 청구되며, 담배 냄새로 다음 예약 손님이 이용하시기 어려울 경우 예약된 숙박비도 청구됩니다. * 건물내 주차는 불가하여 가까운 공영주차장을 안내해 드리겠습니다. * 인테리어 소품 및 배치는 변동 될 수 있습니다. 🚽 화장실 이용 에티켓 화장실 변기에 물티슈(비데물티슈 포함), 여성용품, 음식물 등을 절대 넣지 말아 주세요. 구조상 투입 즉시 물이 역류하거나 오수펌프 고장의 원인이 됩니다. 고장 발생 시 수리 비용이 청구될 수 있으니 꼭 주의 부탁드립니다.
