주인이 직접 살면서 얼마전 리모델링한집. 산 아래 공기좋은~학군형성된 인전하고 조용한주택가 여자들끼리만 잇어도 안전한 환경 쇼파,배딩,식기류 4월에 새것으로 교체 주인이 직접 청소 관리하여 청결은 자신있어요^^

조용한 학군이 있는 동네라 안전. 아차트입구에 약국부터 편의점 맛있는 빵집 네일샵등 기본 편의시설 모두 갖춤 차량10분내 광안리,센텀,해운대,서면 접근성 좋은 위치 대중교통 아주 편리 서울살이로 잠시 임대 합니다. 등산하기 좋은 산이 아차트입구에서 시작합니다 단지앞이 산이 보이며 산공기 새소리 들리는 도심이지만 조용하고 여우로운 동네 입니다

내집처럼~나중에 호스트가 다시 길 집입니다^^ so, 숙박업으로만 사용되는 집이 아니라 내집처럼 편안하고 깨끗합니다~ 그래서 직접 청소해드리니 쾌적하게 지내실 수 있습니다 4인까진 침대기 있고 5인부터는 개인니 준비! 작은방 하나는 창고로 사용되어 폐쇄되어 있으나 숙소이용시 불편은 없게 조치해두었습니다
