제주도의 구옥은 마당을 공유하는 안거리 밖거리 형태로 나누어 집니다. 안거리는 큰 집을, 밖거리는 작은 집을 의미합니다. 임대인이 안거리에 거주하고 있습니다 (부부와 신생아) 밖거리에 거주하시게 될 예정이며, 마당을 공유하고 있지만 사생활 침범하지 않습니다 ^^ 오픈형 원룸이지만 탁트인 개방감이 있어 넓게 느껴지는 방 구조 입니다. 입구에 침실이 있으나 중문이 있어 사생활 보호 되며 주방이 넓어 요리에 적합합니다.
