도보5분거리 대형마트,차량 10분이내 모든편의시설 인접 단독 테라스를 겸비한 46세대가 일렬로 늘어선 타운하우스로 전면 먼 바다뷰를 자랑하고 있습니다 뒤로는 한라산이 보이고 밤이면 별자리 확인이 가능한 공기가 맛있는 조용한집입니다. 주차장을 겸비한 넓은 앞마당에는 각종 꽃들과 과실수가 있고 마당 끝쪽으로는 아이들을 위한 놀이터 및 트램폴린이 마련되어 있으며 곳곳에 소소한 재미를 느낄수 있는 시설들이 마련되어 있습니다. 거실과 테라스에서 보이느 뒷마당에는 채소가득 텃밭과, 표고나무,블루베리,앵두,자두등 과실수가 있습니다. 제주에서 가장 따뜻한곳에 위치한 저희집은 조용하고 안락한 내집에 있는것처럼 모든 물품이 구비되어있고 드넓은 감귤밭 너머로 보이는 바다가 일품이며 유명관광지와 맛집 명소, 각종 편의시설이 근거리에 인접하여 불편함 없는 깨끗한 전원생활을 누릴수있습니다~ 랜덤배정에 따라 뷰차이가 있을 수 있으며 테라스도 지붕이 있는 숙소가 있고 없는 숙소가 있습니다.

실내에서 절대 금연입니다. 테라스에서 바베큐는 위험하니 외부 바베큐장을 이용해주세요. 건물 외부 흡연시 재털이에 담배꽁초 버려주세요. 분리수거는 철저히 부탁드립니다. 단지내 아이들이 많으니 20Km이하로 서행부탁드려요. 밤10시 이후로는 고성방가 금지해 주세요.
