편의점, 마트, 약국, 병원 등 편의시설 인접 평화로 바로 앞이라 제주시 서귀포시 이동이 편함 산방산 부근에 위치하고 있고, 인근 산방굴사, 송악산, 중문관광단지, 점보빌리지, 감귤따기 체험장, 루나폴, 곶자왈, 오름, 신화월드, 영어교육도시 등 즐길거리가 다양합니다 가온누리는 📍산방산아래 작은 마을 덕수리에 위치 하고 있습니다. 🐕반려견과 산책하기 좋은 산책로와 반려동물 운동장이 준비되어 있습니다. 🌿도심속을 잠시 벗어나 온전히 자연속에 누려보는 평온함이 공존하는 제주감성 가득한 집, 숲속 같은 정원에서 우리만의 프라이빗한 힐링공간 🪄인터넷은 무료로 제공 되고 있습니다. 🪄수도,전기,가스 요금은 별도 입니다. 제주 지역(숙소지역)은 아직 LPG가스 사용을 합니다. 난방, 온수, 가스레인지는 개인이 LPG가스 구매하여 사용하게 되어 있습니다.(가스업체에 전화하면 배달, 설치 해주십니다) 🪄개별 생필품은 제공 하고 있지 않습니다. 개인이 준비해주시면 됩니다. 🪄숙소 부지내에 쓰레기 분리수거(재활용센터)이 없습니다. 덕수리 마을에 지정된 쓰레기분리수거 센터에 버리시면 됩니다. 제주도에서 음식물쓰레기는 교통카드를 이용해 버리실 수 있습니다. (교통카드 준비해주세요) 🪄반려동물은 추가요금 1마리 ‘15만원’ 입니다. 반려동물 동반 입실시 숙소내 기물 훼손 없도록 주의를 기울여주시길 바랍니다. 🪄방문객 방문시 숙박하게 될경우 숙소 예약자 4인 이상부터는 인단 추가요금 20,000원 발생 합니다. 사전 안내 부탁드립니다. 🪄수영장 이용료는 별도 추가요금 10만원 발생 합니다.(수영장 온수× 이용은 7~8월 가능) 24년도 수영장 운영 하지 않습니다. 🪄실내 기물 파손이나 심한 오염시 보상청구 될수 있음을 미리 안내 드립니다.
