안녕하세요. 8월 8일 이후 입주 가능한 2분 모십니다. 저희집은 40평대로 방은 총 4개인데, 안방은 제가 쓰고, 한개방은 서재라서 제외하고 나머지 두개 방을 한방씩 룸매를 구합니다. 제 자가집이며 회사원이고 가족들이 미국에 주재로 나가면서 혼자 지내다보니 구하고 있습니다. 각 방마다 시스템 에어컨이 있으며, 세탁기, 건조기, 냉장고등 공용 사용가능합니다. (방마다 크기와 옵션 차이로 인하여 금액이 다르기 때문에 문의 바랍니다.) 두분이서 하나의 화장실을 이용하시면 됩니다. 특이사항 * 인원이 구해지면 추가로 집 복도에 CCTV를 하나 설치할 예정입니다. 동의 하시는 분만 연락부탁드립니다. * 성인 남성분만 구합니다. (절대 혼숙, 흡연, 반려 동물은 불가 합니다.) * 주차 및 아파트 헬스장 이용시 추가 요금을 지불하면 가능합니다. * 최소 1개월 이상 ~ 최대 1년까지 협의 가능합니다.
