섭지코지와 성산일출봉 가까이에 자리한 전용 50평대의 독립형 숙소입니다. 넓은 거실과 다이닝 공간 어디에서나 탁 트인 수평선과 제주 바다를 감상할 수 있습니다. 아침에는 커튼을 걷는 것만으로도 푸른 바다가 창을 가득 채우며, 여유로운 하루가 시작됩니다. 침실 2개와 화장실 3개, 기본적인 주방 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 침실에는 퀸사이즈 침대 2개와 슈퍼싱글 침대 1개가 마련되어 있어 가족 단위의 한달 살기부터 워케이션까지 넉넉하고 편안하게 머무실 수 있습니다. 건물 1층에는 베이커리 카페가 있어 편안한 차림으로 내려가 갓 구운 빵과 커피를 즐길 수 있습니다. 제주에서 한 달, 바다를 가장 가까이 두고 살아보고 싶은 분께 권해드립니다. 이곳은 호텔이나 펜션처럼 잠시 ‘묵고 가는 곳’이 아니라, 한 달 이상 제주에서 ‘살아보는 집’입니다. 매일 제공되는 객실 청소나 어메니티 서비스는 없지만, 계약 기간에는 이 층 전체를 게스트만의 독립적인 생활 공간으로 이용할 수 있습니다.
