작은 동네슈퍼-100미터 해수풀장 & 바닷가 - 500미터 신천목장, 카페 물썹, 숨비아일랜드 - 2키로 이내 300여평의 대지에 3채의 주택이 있는데, 저는 맨 안쪽집에서 거주하고 있으며 출입구쪽 앞집이나 중간집을 임대하시게 됩니다. (편하게 주차할 수 있는 주차장이 입구에 있습니다.) - 꽉 차고 화려하기 보다는.. 심플하지만 불편하지 않을 정도로 준비했습니다. - 오래된 구옥의 구조를 조금 변경하고 덧대어 방2/화장실2/거실/주방/다락방이 있는 구조로 바뀌었습니다. (22평+다락방) 다락방으로 올라가는 계단 입구에는 잠금이 가능한 문이 있어 안전하게 관리할 수 있으며, 냉난방 손실이 없게 하였습니다. - 아이들에겐 자그마한 수영장, 어른에겐 반신욕장(?)으로 사용 가능한 전용 수영장이 있습니다. (온수도 나옵니다) - 넓은 데크 있으며, 텃밭 사용 가능합니다. - '신천리'는 '벽화마을'로도 유명한 곳으로, 골목골목 걷는 재미가 있는 깨끗하고 조용한 마을 입니다. 행정구역은 성산읍 이지만 생활권은 표선면(차량5분)으로, 표선에는 하나로마트 외에도 여러개의 마트가 있고 '해비치호텔' 부근이라 다양한 먹거리가 있으며 '베스킨라빈스'와 '교촌치킨' 'BHC'.. 등이 있습니다. 병원과 약국도 여러개 있어 좋습니다. - 500여미터 근방에는 마을에서 운영하는 '해수풀장'이 7월1일 개장 했으며 (편의점(세븐일레븐)도 함께 입점), 어린이용 워터슬라이드도 설치되어 있습니다. - 2키로 근방에는 사계절 멋진 뷰를 자랑하는 '신천목장'이 있어 저는 가끔 캠핑의자 들고가 바다를 멍~ 하게 보다가, 야자수 뒷쪽으로 해가 넘어가며 보여주는 멋진 일몰도 감상하고 온답니다. - 2키로 이내에 카페도 여러개 있어 카페인 충전과 간단한 요기, 멋진 뷰를 감상하실 수 있습니다. (카페 물썹 / 숨비아일랜드 / 신천다방...) 물론, 가까운 표선에는 더 많은 카페들이 있구요.. - 500미터 근방에 일주버스 정류장이 있어 차량을 가지고 다니지 않아도 다닐 곳이 많으며, 특히 올레길을 걸으시려고 하시는 분들에게는 최적 이십니다. - 주변 명소로는, 표선해수욕장 & 제주민속촌 & 표선도서관(차량5분) / 김영갑갤러리(차량7분) / 혼인지(차량12분) / 성산일출봉 & 섭지코지(차량20분) 등.. 이 있습니다.
