(펜션쓰레기통 절대사용불가./종량제,음식물,요일별 재활용.) 7.청소기는 3층의 경우 객실안에 비치. 1,2층의 경우 공용 청소기(1층 입구복도 비치.)를 사용합니다. 8. 관리비(전기,수도,가스,계단청소비) 정액 청구(일 4,000원).    **퇴실 시 집기파손 등 점검 후 보증금에서 상계 정산.
