저희 신천리'는 '벽화마을'로도 유명한 곳으로, 골목골목 걷는 재미가 있는 깨끗하고 조용한 마을 입니다. 행정구역은 성산읍 이지만 생활권은 표선면(차량5분)으로, 표선에는 하나로마트 외에도 여러개의 마트가 있고 '해비치호텔' 부근이라 다양한 먹거리가 있으며 '베스킨라빈스'와 '교촌치킨' 'BHC'.. 등이 있습니다. 병원과 약국도 여러개 있어 좋습니다. - 500여미터 근방에는 마을에서 운영하는 '해수풀장'이 7월1일 개장 했으며 (편의점(세븐일레븐)도 함께 입점), 어린이용 워터슬라이드도 설치되어 있습니다. - 2키로 근방에는 사계절 멋진 뷰를 자랑하는 '신천목장'이 있어 저는 가끔 캠핑의자 들고가 바다를 멍~ 하게 보다가, 야자수 뒷쪽으로 해가 넘어가며 보여주는 멋진 일몰도 감상하고 온답니다. - 2키로 이내에 카페도 여러개 있어 카페인 충전과 간단한 요기, 멋진 뷰를 감상하실 수 있습니다. (카페 물썹 / 숨비아일랜드 / 신천다방...) 물론, 가까운 표선에는 더 많은 카페들이 있구요.. - 숙소와 500미터 근방에 일주버스 정류장이 있어 차량을 가지고 다니지 않아도 다닐 곳이 많으며, 특히 올레길을 걸으시려고 하시는 분들에게는 최적 이십니다. - 주변 명소로는, 표선해수욕장 & 제주민속촌 & 표선도서관(차량5분) / 김영갑갤러리(차량7분) / 혼인지(차량12분) / 성산일출봉 & 섭지코지(차량20분) 등.. 이 있습니다. 300여평의 대지에 3채의 주택이 있는데, 그 중 중간집 입니다. (편하게 주차할 수 있는 주차장이 입구에 있습니다.) - 꽉 차고 화려하기 보다는.. 심플하지만 불편하지 않을 정도로 준비했습니다. - 소모품(휴지,비누,치약,세제및 양념 등..)은 지급되지 않습니다만 수건/침구는 대여해 드리며 그 대여료는 임대료에 포함 하였습니다. - 보안을 위하여 외부에 cctv 가동하고 있습니다. - 실내,외에서 개인 부주의로 발생되는 안전사고는 본인 책임 입니다, 항상 안전에 신경써 주세요. - 임대기간 동안 나오는 쓰레기는 클린하우스에서 직접 처리하셔야 합니다. - 실내에서의 냄새가 심한 요리는(생선구이, 고기굽기 등..) 불가합니다, 꼭 필요한 경우에는 저희가 1구 전기레인지를 빌려 드릴테니 외부 탁자에서 이용해 주시기 바랍니다. - 실내에서의 흡연은 절대 안 되십니다. - 반려동물은 아쉽지만 함께 하실 수가 없습니다. - 5월중순부터 전문 방역업체에 의뢰하여 주택 내,외를 방역하고 있습니다만, 잔디마당인데다 주변은 일반 주택들이라 전문방역을 하지 않는 경우가 많아 가끔 실내/외에서 벌레가 보이는 경우가 있습니다. 민감하신 분들은 신중히 결정해 주시기 바랍니다.
