숙소 바로앞 : 공항직행버스 정류장, GS25편의점, 단지내 주차창, 전기차충전기, 클린하우스 도보5분이내 : 애월도서관, 애월체육관 차량5분이내 : 애월하나로마트(3분), 다이소, 좋은마트(5분) 제주공항에서 숙소까지 차량으로25분 거리에 있으며, 바로앞에 애월고등학교 정류장이 있어서 교통이 편리한 신축빌라입니다^^ 도보5분이내에 애월바다가 있으며 바로앞에 편의점이 있고 , 올레길코스와 애월도서관, 애월체육관이 있어 여가시간을 보내기에 아주 적합한 위치에 있습니다 차량3분이내 마트도 있고 10분에서 30분거리에 해수욕장과 한담카페거리와 새별오름 등 관광지가 있어서 제주에서 한달살기에 좋은위치라고 생각합니다^^ 엘리베이터와 건물내 cctv도 설치되어 있어서 안전하고 신축이라 깨끗합니다^^
