편의점 약국 병원 할인마트 코인세탁소 베이커리가 도보2-3분 내에 위치해 있어 편의시설이 잘 갖추어진 위치에 있습니다. 저는 강릉에서 나고 자란 토박이 입니다.  신혼생활을 이곳 초당동에서 시작하였고 결혼생활의 절반을 초당동에서 보냈어요:) 10년이 지난 지금도 이곳이 좋아 쉴 곳을 마련해 두었어요.  저희가족도 가끔 머무르고 지인들에게도 내어드리던 이 공간을 찾아오시는분께 잠시 공유하려고 합니다. 우리 아파트는 어르신들이 많이 거주하고 계세요.  낮과밤이 조용합니다. 주차공간도 여유롭구요.

연기에 작동하는 화재경보기가 설치되어있어요 연기나는 음식 조리 불가하며 흡연또한 불가합니다 전자담배 포함.  주변에 연로하신 어르신이 많이 살고 계신 아파트 입니다. 지내기에 조용하십니다만 지내시는동안 소음에티켓 꼭 지켜주세요~~ 숙소 세탁기가 없으니 주변 코인세탁소 이용하셔야 합니다 도보 2분거리 가까운 위치에 있어요:)
