Any excessive beyond this amount may result in additional charges upon check-out, as determined by actual meter checking. (Electricity max 350 unit, additional 7 THB/unit, Water max 13 unit, additional 25 THB/unit) ⚠️ Refundable deposit may take up to 1 week from the check-out date to be returned. If there are no issues such as damage or malfunction after checking the accommodation's condition, the deposit will be refunded in Korean currency (KRW) through a remittance service. 📜 Guests staying for a month (29 nights) or more will be requested to provide a copy of their passport for long-term resident reporting (TM30) on the day of check-in, so please be aware of this in advance.
