도보5분거리 편의점. 버스정류장 스위스마을은 66가구의 대단지로서 조경과 치안이 매우 훌륭합니다. 단지 내 카페, 식당, 소품샵, 공방 등 먹거리 할거리가 풍부하며 예술가마을도 있습니다. 집에서 함덕 먼바다 와 거문오름이 보입니다. 지대가 높아서 공기가 맑고 사방이 트여있어 습하지 않습니다. 관리사무소가 있어서 관리가 매우 잘 되고 있습니다. 저희집은 총 3층으로 되어 있으며 1층 2층은 숙박을 하고 3층은 주인세대이지만 거의 비어있습니다. 사실상 한 동을 단독으로 사용하실 수 있습니다. 두가족이 여행하기에 매우 적합합니다. 1층에 8인용 테이블과 4인용 테이블 이 비치되어 있어서 사무실처럼 쓰실 수 있습니다.(인터넷가능, 회의가능,워크샵가능) 펜션과 워케이션 모두 가능한 숙소입니다.

실내에서 절대 금연입니다. 제주 특성상 바람이 많이 붑니다. 바람소리로 인한 소음이 발생할수도 있으나 이건 제주특성으로 인한것이기 때문에 환불사유가 되지 않습니다. 그리고 제주도는 친환경적인 지역 특성상 벌레가 많습니다 . 숙소안으로 유입된 벌레로 인한 환불 또한 불가합니다. 여분의 침구류 1채 제공해드리고, 추가 시 한 채당 3만원 비용발생합니다(14박 이상은 6만원입니다)
