100세대가 함께 사는 공동 오피스텔입니다. 개개인의 보안과 사생활이 보호되며 (공동현관보안, 세대현관보안, CCTV) 여성 및 1인 거주자가 단기 임대로 살기에는 가장 좋은 환경입니다. 조용한 거주환경이라 집중하기 좋으며, 하루 일과를 맥주 한잔에 영화 한편 보면서 마감하기 매우 좋은 환경입니다.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
