한림하나로마트 자차 7분, 한림수협센터와 회센터 자차 8분 명월리 CU 자차 2분, 공항직행102번버스 자차 4분, 빨래방 자차 5분 제주 서쪽 여행의 중심 한림 명월리 솔 숲에 위치한 3천 평 규모의 타운하우스 내에 있어 가족여행에 안전함과 안락함을 제공합니다. 렌터가가 없으신 손님께는 공항에서 102번 직행버스를 타시고 한림고등학교에서 하차하시면 호스트가 픽업서비스를 제공합니다. 협재금능해변이 가깝고 저지예술인마을(아타미준박물관, 제주현대미술관 등), 포도뮤지엄, 오설록티뮤지엄 등이 10~15분 거리에 있으면 송악산, 산방산, 사계포구, 모슬포항, 애울곽지한담해안산책로 등이 20~30분 거리입니다. 바로 뒤쪽에 느지리오름이 있으면 주변에 저지오름 금오름 등이 있습니다.

(1층과 2층 비번 다름) * 6박 이상 숙박손님은 공과금이(가스,전기,청소) 별도 책정됩니다. 요금은 입실과 퇴실 때 사용량을 정확하게 체크해서 게스트와 공유하여 산정합니다. * 반려견 동반시 기본요금(5만 원,반려견 청소비)외에 추가요금이 발생할 수 있습니다. 예약기간, 견종, 크기, 시즌, 견수에 따라 손님의 의견을 반영하여 요금을 협의합니다.(예약시 또는 입실 전 협의, 별도 정산) 반려견은 견종에 따라 2견까지 가능합니다. * 바비큐 사용을 원하시면 이용일 하루 전에 말씀해주세요. (1회 3만 원/ 숯, 번개탄, 착화제, 장작, 부탄가스, 석쇠, 꼬치 기타 도구 및 그릴 제공) 개인이 준비한 숯 & 장작 사용시 2만 원. 사용 후 세척과 정리 필수. * 동절기 난방은 설정온도를 21도로 맞추시고 실내온도가 21도에 맞춰진 후 설정온도를 23도에 맞추시면 됩니다. 한 번에 온도를 급격히 올리면 난방이 제대로 되지 않습니다. * 실내에서 육류,어류를 굽는 요리는 안 됩니다. * 기타권유사항 침대와 소파에 반려견을 올리는 것은 지양해 주시기 바랍니다.(빨래방세탁불가능함) 반려견을 숙소에 홀로 남겨두는 일은 되도록 없었으면 합니다. 실외배변이 기본이고 혹 실내 배변시 사용한 패드를 바로바로 치워주셔야 실내에 냄새가 배이지 않습니다. 침구와 소파 가구 러그 등에 심한 오염이 발생하면 정도에 따라 세탁, 교체등의 실비가 청구됩니다. 기타 자세한 사항은 숙소에 비치된 숙소이용방법을 참고하시면 됩니다.
