제주시 애월 초입에 위치한 저희 펜션 A 102호는 “침실2,거실1,욕실2”로 이루어진 35평형 입니다~! 저희 숙소에 가장 큰 특징은 전체가 건강에 좋은 편백나무로 이루어져 힐링하시기 너무 좋은 숙소 입니다!  또 테라스에서 보이는 뷰가 탁 트여서 답답함이 없고 너무 환상적이구~야경도 너무 아름답습니다~! 완전 뷰 맛집♥️ 각 침실에는 하나는 따뜻하고 몸에 좋은 흙침대가 있고, 또 다른 침실에는 천연 라텍스 침대가 있습니다~~ 먼저 저희 숙소에대해 간단히 소개하면.. 1. “4인기준에 최대 6명“ 입실 가능하시구요 기준 인원추가시에는 하루 10,000 추가비용이 발생합니다^^  2. 침구류 추가 요청 시 30,000원 추가 비용 발생합니다. 3. 숙소앞에 바로 무료로 이용가능한 주차공간이 확보 되어 있습니다. 4. 저희 숙소가 제주시,서귀포시 딱 중간에 위치하고 있어서 이동하시기 편하고 뚜벅이로 오시는  게스트님들도 교통편이 잘 되어 있어 (버스,택시) 이용에 아주 편리합니다! 5. 도보로 이용해서 드실 수 있는 “맛있는 밥집”있고,뷰 좋은 카페도 있으며 편의점도 1분정도 거리에 위치해 있습니다! * 전기차충전 가능합니다^^  ** 6박이상 숙박하시는 분들의 공과금 부분은 기본 리브애니웨어 사이트에 측정되어 있는 부분을 토대로 입/퇴실 시 호스트가 전기,가스,상하수도 검침하여 검침 금액에 따라 리브애니웨어에서 결제된 공과금 부분에서 남으면 돌려드리고 초과된 부분은 퇴실 시 호스트에게 직접 지불 하시면 됩니다! 공과금은 정확히 게스트님께서 사용하신 만큼 지불 됩니다** 🌉주변관광지로는 새별오름, 곽지해수욕장, 한담해안산책로, 공룡랜드, 제주양떼목장, 한담해변, 테디베어사파리, 궷물오름 등 아름다운 관광지가 주변에 많이 있으며, 차로 10분만 나가면 신제주에 도착할 수 있어서 대형마트 (롯데마트, 이마트)이용도 가능하고 제주공항과는 15분거리에 위치해 있습니다. ☘️  마지막으로 저희 숙소외부에는 CCTV가 다 설치 되서 있고, 도어락도 안전하게 비번으로 되어 있습니다~! 또한 정기적스로 세스코 방역이 함께 이루어지고 있습니다~! 무료 와이파이 이용 가능합니다!
