도보 10분 9호선 중앙보훈병원역이용 급행 출발역으로 강남방면 30분대 접근 가능 도보 10분 5호선 둔촌역으로는 유명 강북지역 이동 편리 도보 1분 CU, 3분 현대마트, Coin laundry shop 다수 올림픽공원 20분 거리로 각종 콘서트 관람 편리 넓은 전용 공간으로 가족 단위로 지내기 좋아서 집수리 임시 숙소로 가장 많이 이용됩니다. 외관이 수려한 아담한 신축 단독건물로 낯선 장소의 느낌보다는 일상의 내집같은 안정적인 느낌으로 출입이 가능합니다. 유흥가가 없는 조용한 주택 동네로 놀이터 아이들의 노는 소리가 정겹게 들리고 주변이 깨끗합니다. 계단을 통해서 조금만 올라가시면 건물의 최상단부를 독채로 단독사용이 가능합니다. 각종 편의 시설로 갖추어진 거실공간과 누구나 한번쯤 로망하는 낭만적인 정서를 일깨우는 아지트 같은 다락 공간에서는 층간소음에서 해방되는 편안한 휴식은 물론 벽면 대형스크린에서 빔프로젝트로 영화 및 넷플릭스 감상 , 해먹에서 잠들기, 악기연주(기타 연주 및 일정 볼륨의 노래방 연습 ) 다양한 activity가 가능합니다. 그리고 야외 전용 루프탑은 예쁘게 장식되었고 시원한 바람과 푸른 하늘을 마주하는 개방감이 있어 또다른 힐링포인트가 됩니다. 일반 아파트에서 불가했던 여러가지가 머무시 는 동안에 잠시나마 가능하게 하는 것이 특징이고 그냥 호텔대안으로 각종 출장이나 한달 살기에 제격입니다. ( 실제 호스트인 저도 대분분 시간을 이곳에서 취미생활 및 힐링센터로 활용하고 있어 장기임대는 불가합니다.)
