1. 편의점 : 차량 5분거리 2. 병원 : 차량 5분 거리 역주변 또는 10분~15분 거리 서울대학병원 (거주하시면서 출퇴근, 병간호 용이) 관광지- 차량 10분거리: 길상사. 맛집 - 나폴레옹 제과점, 옛날 중국집 ♡MBC 구해줘홈즈 방송섭외 요청 (21년, 23년) 전체 리모델링 완료하였습니다. 사진을 제가 잘 못찍어서...^^; 보시면 정말 예쁘고 후회하시는 분은 단 한분도 안계셨습니다. 성북동 중 저희 림즈하우스는 정말 조용한 동네로 동물 울음(닭, 개)소리, 단독의 장점인 층간 소음도 없습니다. 대사관저라 안전하게 거주 가능하세요. 소음에 민감하신 분들도 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 힐링 공간입니다. 낮이나 저녁에 남산 타워를 바라보는 뷰 맛집입니다. 옥상 공간에서 낮에는 커피 한잔의 여우, 저녁에는 캔맥주와 치킨으로 정말 멋진 풍경을 맞이해보는 것은 어떠세요? 참고로 1년 이상 장기 손님들 대부분은 작가/음악가/개인사업자 등이 계셨고, 단기 손님들로는 이사 기간이 조정을 사유로, 서울대학교 병원 통원 치료나 병간호의 사유로, 근처 유명 대학교 강의 수강(계절학기)이나 세미나 참석을 목적으로 문의 주시는 분들이 많으셨어요. 성묵동 자체가 관광지/맛집으로 조성되어 있습니다. 주변에 많은 관광지, 맛집 등이 있으니 문의주시면 자세히 알려드릴께요. 이번에 건조기도 구비해두어서, 장기. 단기로 지내시는데 편리하실거에요^^
