大楼一楼的便利店易买得和Daiso都在步行15分钟的范围内。从束草高速巴士总站步行10分钟即可到达。住宿地点附近的Saemaeul-ro街上有很多知名餐厅。这处房产位于一栋超高层建筑的26层，拥有极佳的海景。在通往束草海滩的小巷里，您可以体验各种著名的餐厅。大楼一楼有便利店，28楼有屋顶酒吧，非常方便。 28楼的健身房免费使用。（29楼的无边泳池需付费使用，但仅限特定季节。）停车场位于1楼至6楼，车辆登记后即可免费使用。束草高速巴士客运站、易买得超市、大创百货等便利设施均在 3 分钟车程或 10 分钟步行路程内，交通十分便利。沿海步道平坦易行，前往大浦港、雪岳山、青草湖、襄阳等附近旅游景点非常方便。
