这个房间位于二楼，因此可以看到美丽的海景。停车场很宽敞，前面就有24小时CU便利店，很方便。组成是这里有两间大床房（只有一间床带储物抽屉），彼此隔开，可供四人共用床位。每间房都设有阳台（一间洗衣房），此外还有带露台的客厅/厨房和浴室。对于四人而言，这栋房子非常宽敞 :) 热水出来得非常快，因为它不是即热式热水器：D （一楼大厅设有冷热净水器及公共卫生间）

步行1分钟（就在眼前）：CU便利店驾车5-10分钟以内：E-Mart、偶来市场、西归浦乡土五日集、西归浦巴士总站、中央图书馆、西归浦新城区、西归浦古城区、李仲燮街门口就有便利店，开车5~10分钟即可到达偶来市场、西归浦五日市集、西归浦新城、 E-Mart等西归浦客运站，生活设施十分便利。大楼背后是一片柑橘园，远处还能看到凡岛的景色，营造出一个安静美丽的街区，即使是对噪音敏感的人也能在这里舒适休息的治愈空间。三楼的屋顶空间对所有客人开放，白天可以欣赏到文岛、森岛、凡岛的景色，夜晚美丽的灯光亮起，是享用咖啡或啤酒的绝佳去处。舒适的大堂空间非常适合一边品尝咖啡一边欣赏海景。酒店还提供户外烧烤设施（需额外付费）。我们的房子还以其宽敞的客房和充足的停车位而自豪：）每间客房都配有洗衣机，为您提供便利。
