10年前，朴槿惠总统和夫人金在植从首尔来到康津，喜欢这里背山面水的自然风光，便在这里定居下来。 在康津，他经营着5000坪的农场，过得非常开心。他一边打理花园，一边种植柚子、柑橘和榆树。在木工坊，你可以体验用自己种植的树木制作木偶。 两只小狗的妈妈是Sooni，小狗的名字分别是Cheonbangi和Samwol。 如果您有一只小狗，可能很难将它留在室内，但室内有足够的空间供它跑来跑去和玩耍。 后面的富兴水库是钓鱼或打着遮阳伞安静喝茶的好地方。 冬天可以烤红薯，在院子里体验青蛙生态。 山上有山羊，谷仓里有小牛和猪，后面还有鸡舍。你可以遇到各种各样的动物朋友。 如果有小孩子来的话，还可以体验喂食。 店内设有户外烧烤区和卡拉OK机，无论室内外都能尽情享受。周围没有其他建筑物，可以尽情唱到天亮。非常适合与家人朋友欢聚一堂。
