步行 1 分钟即可抵达便利店、巴士站、超市、公园等。步行3分钟内有健身房，餐厅，酒吧等（因为是步行3分钟，所以要走一段路，但是离得近，在家住的时候使用也比较安静） 1.距离禁区和附近的社区设施非常近，但同时又远离娱乐区，因此可以安静地生活。 2.月租金比附近的单间公寓便宜，除电费外其他都是0韩元，负担较小。 3. 持续处理和管理日常生活中的错误（应租户要求） 4. 推荐学生和上班族选择一居室公寓 5. 除电之外的所有费用 = 互联网、有线电视、Wi-Fi、水和热水、暖气、纯净水均可使用，费用为 0 韩元（如果算上这些因素，这是非常划算的） 6. 浴室设有窗户（在通风方面，浴室是否有窗户是一个重要因素，取决于用户的喜好）这是一间性价比较高的一居室，房东太太待人非常热情。
