前院宽阔的草坪可供客人使用，但禁止在草坪上搭帐篷或使用炉灶。 （请注意，草坪上安装了草坪机器人（类似于无绳机器人吸尘器），每天白天（8：00-18：00）修剪草坪^^;） 最多可容纳4名成人（含学龄前儿童最多可容纳6人），原则上禁止亲属或熟人的长期访问。 与朋友一起拜访时，请告知主人人数！ 如果您没有提前通知我们，我们将按超出预订人数的每人收取额外费用（每晚 50,000 韩元）。 有一个单独的烧烤区。 ☆ 因安全及主人原因，仅周六开放，但每月两次免费提供木炭及烤架（两周一次，每月两次） 但请谅解，烧烤区位于住宿外，冬季实际上很难使用。 废弃物处理如下： 1. 普通垃圾、餐厨垃圾：按量收费后购买（大型超市有售） 2. 分类收集：塑料、罐子、瓶子、盒子、泡沫塑料 请将垃圾直接丢弃至大关岭邑的垃圾处理场。入住当天我们将为您提供详细信息。 （垃圾车不会进入民宿村^^;) 供暖和温度控制由主机远程控制（住宿内安装的温控器不起作用） 安装了智能门锁，因此我们会在您入住时告诉您密码。 为了客人的安全，酒店安装了三个安全摄像头：一个位于停车场入口处，两个位于草坪上，用于草坪维护。

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.

  • When making a reservation for an overseas stay, please enter your name exactly as shown on your passport. Incorrect entries may result in issues at check-in or upon cancellation.
