住宿地点正对面就是海里购物区，那里有很多商店和餐馆，使用起来非常方便。步行 3 分钟即可到达 Mega Coffee 和 CU 便利店，附近的小石阁旅游区有很多餐厅和咖啡店，例如 Terra Rosa Jeju，都在步行范围内，非常方便。它位于交通便利的地方，所以我可以很快收到包裹和外卖。没有基本管理费，押金将在根据所用电/水/燃气费用结算后全额退还。我们的住宿是一栋半地下室（较低楼层）别墅，但它的优点是夏天比一楼凉爽，冬天比一楼温暖，而且是一处舒适温馨的住所，拥有 23 坪的专属面积（约 32 坪待售）。酒店位置便利，靠近苏索卡克海滩，非常适合散步，周边旅游景点也十分便利，餐厅、咖啡馆和超市都在步行范围内。济州岛的垃圾问题尤其严重，但住在小区里，房子干净整洁，可以随时方便地处理垃圾，非常方便。每间客房均配备一张标准双人床或更大尺寸的床，可供六人入住，每间客房最多可容纳两人。被褥和枕头均采用舒适洁净的100%纯棉酒店级床上用品，确保即使是最疲惫的旅客也能享受舒适的睡眠。客厅和主卧均安装了两台壁挂式空调，制冷效果极佳，时刻保持室内环境舒适宜人。卧室里的嵌入式衣柜和客厅里的水槽都是汉森室内装饰公司出品的便捷、高品质产品。为了确保您在济州岛生活期间不会遇到任何不便，我们提供高品质的餐具套装、盘子、玻璃杯、马克杯、酒杯、勺子套装、锅和煎锅等，这些餐具套装坚固耐用，质量上乘。角落里摆放着微波炉、德龙电水壶、电饭煲和电动搅拌机，方便制作简单的饭菜。现代而干净的浴室配备了最新的坐浴盆和带有儿童功能的龙头，以及一个半浴缸，以缓解旅行者的疲劳。我们住宿的最大优势在于前廊，这是一个宽敞的阳台，宽8米，长2.4米。阳台上铺设了人造草坪，安装了户外照明灯，摆放了鲜花和餐桌椅。阳台一侧还有一块空地，可以搭帐篷，营造户外露营的氛围。后廊也很宽敞，方便存放各种物品。这里还安装了一台LG Tromm洗衣烘干一体机，可以同时进行洗涤和烘干，让您的旅程更加舒适。（请注意，照片是在晚上拍摄的，所以外面可能比较暗。）

최근 리모델링 완료 후 최신 가전 가구들로 셋팅되어 있는 신상 숙소에요. 숙박업이 아닌 주단위 단기임대로 진행하지만 거주하는데 불편함이 없도록 거의 모든 시설이 완비되어있습니다. (수건치솔치약등 개인위생용품과 식재료등은 지참해주세요) 입실시 결제한 보증금은 사용한 공과금(전기수도가스) 정산후 환불해드립니다.
