靠近太兴里海岸公路，可以散步，房子旁边就有一大片天然草坪。周边旅游景点有很多游乐设施，例如根永、冬柏树木园、椰子梦公园、玉岛站游泳池、南原海水浴场、紫色儿童咖啡馆等，距离南原Hanaro超市、南原邑办事处、银行、加油站等只需1-3分钟车程。东西南北都有公交车连接，即使没有车，乘坐公共交通也不会有任何不便。房子经过了全新装修，非常干净。院子里可以享受烧烤的乐趣，周边景色优美，是拍摄CF或电影的绝佳地点。虽然是安静的乡村，但距离镇政府仅2-3分钟车程，周边设施齐全，交通便利。
