- 宿舍紧邻永登浦医院墙体，同时毗邻永登浦医科大学和岭南科技大学，因此宿舍前面就是大学区，周边有超市、便利店、餐厅、咖啡厅、炸鸡店、明德市场等，生活条件极佳，生活成本也相对较低。 - 交通非常便利，从住宿处步行 5 分钟即可到达永大医院站和城市公交车站。 -住宿地点位置极佳，从永大医院站到东大邱站有8个站（15分钟），到中央路站有4个站（6分钟）。 - 一楼底层架空空间设有停车位。签订合同时，请务必短信告知您是否需要停车以及入住人数（停车位为1辆车） - 不允许携带宠物，因此不会有动物发出的噪音。 - 虽然是多户住宅，但主要住户是医学院学生、实习生、住院医生和护士，因此环境安静宜人。不过，入住后请注意楼层间的噪音。 - 浴室内设有坐浴盆，有助于创造更舒适的生活环境。 - 606房间为复式楼层，上下楼梯时请注意不要发出噪音。夜间必须开灯并扶住栏杆，以免滑倒。
