大厦1楼有7-Eleven便利店，步行1分钟即可到达游乐场和喷泉公园，步行1分钟即可到达清溪川和城北川，步行10分钟即可到达地铁站1号和2号站，义新设线这座很棒的设施建于不到五年前！隔壁就有警察局，所以安全性很好。馆内全面禁烟，但屋顶R层允许吸烟。从R层望去，可以远眺蚕室乐天世界、南山塔、仁王山、北岳山，馆内还能看到南山塔。这里拥有二水里最佳的视野，可以同时欣赏清溪川和城北川。步行5分钟即可到达E-Mart，长期住宿也十分舒适。
