步行2分钟内有医院、药店、便利店、折扣店、面包店、投币式洗衣机，附近还有草堂洞的热门场所，步行即可到达。步行到松田路需要25分钟，步行到镜浦湖需要15-20分钟。它位于公寓的一楼，因此您不必担心楼层之间的噪音。由于隔壁住着老人，所以比较安静。请注意保持安静。

我们的公寓是走廊式公寓，住着很多老年人。由于公寓位于一楼，因此不必担心楼层之间的噪音，但请注意深夜的噪音。无法烹饪会产生大量烟雾的食物。公寓安装了可检测烟雾的烟雾报警器，因此当有烟雾（包括香烟烟雾）产生时，火灾警报就会响起。住宿内没有洗衣机。街对面有投币式洗衣房，请使用投币式洗衣房:)
