我们的住宿并非公寓或酒店，而是一栋普通的私人住宅。步行3分钟即可到达超市和公交车站，驾车8分钟即可到达沃尔玛和Daiso。驾车6分钟即可到达武陵谷和达邦水库。驾车8分钟即可到达白头大干盐路（16公里徒步路线）和东海港（开往符拉迪沃斯托克）。驾车12分钟即可到达KTX东海站。驾车15分钟即可到达三陟松滩、汉森海滩、甘竹海滩、清谷金蝙蝠洞和东海高速巴士客运站。驾车21分钟即可到达木湖港（开往郁陵岛）。驾车25分钟即可到达东海温泉、道济比谷天空谷和木湖灯塔。驾车39分钟即可到达三陟海上缆车荣化站。我们的公寓位于三楼，采光极佳，视野开阔，为您打造舒适宜人的居住体验，仿佛置身首尔江南区。整套公寓已全面翻新。客厅配备75英寸电视（可观看YouTube和Netflix）、沙发、空调、空气炸锅、电热水壶和电饭煲。厨房配备12套餐具容量的洗碗机、微波炉和冰箱。浴室设有淋浴花洒和坐浴盆。洗衣房配备洗衣机和烘干机。主卧配备一张单人床、一台55英寸电视、衣柜、空调、梳妆台、吹风机、书桌、扫地机器人和除湿机。对面房间配备一张单人床、空调、无线吸尘器、除湿机和衣柜。前后阳台均设有清洁用品柜和晾衣架。躺在主卧或对面房间的床上，打开窗户，即可欣赏美丽的森林景色。物业费每晚5,000韩元，液化石油气使用费每立方米4,000韩元。一个月的押金为800,000韩元，退房后5天内退还。我们提供各种清洁用品，确保退房时衣物和清洁工作都已完成。如退房时衣物和清洁工作完美完成，我们将退还100,000韩元。
