高速公路交通：附近有中部高速公路的大所IC和三星IC，以及平泽堤川高速公路的金旺花洞内IC。由此可前往首尔及周边地区，车程约一小时。铁路 • 巴士：可通过阴城巴士客运站和大所巴士客运站前往首尔（首尔南部/东部）、清州和忠州。（前往首尔约需1小时50分钟，前往清州约需1小时） • 铁路（KTX）：前往首尔江南地区的交通已显著改善。从附近的甘谷长湖站乘坐中部内陆线KTX，约40分钟即可到达板桥站。由于这是一个新建的综合体，计划于 2025 年下半年投入使用，我们希望您能体验到作为全新建筑首批住户的舒适感。
