距锦湖大桥仅3分钟车程，靠近李舜臣大桥；距中马客运站10分钟车程距光阳港12分钟车程；距浦项钢铁公司5分钟车程；距济哲小学、中学和高中1分钟车程（驾车）光阳市经济自给自足，居民收入也很高，这主要得益于浦项钢铁公司及其合作伙伴的钢铁业务。这栋住宅建于锦湖洞，土地由浦项钢铁公司购置，专供其高管居住。因此，锦湖洞长期以来都是光阳市最富裕、收入最高的街区。目前，全罗南道唯一一所自主私立高中——济哲高中的学区就在附近，每天早上都能看到学生们骑自行车上下学。港口位于稍南一些的地方。韩亚罗超市（营业时间：上午 8:30 至晚上 9:00）距离此处仅 100 米，CU 便利店（营业时间：上午 8:00 至晚上 11:00）也近在咫尺。除了锦湖洞的白军购物中心外，这里还有许多餐厅，其中一些营业至凌晨。
